I really like kissing Alia: Arjun Kapoor

Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's journey to tinseltown glory may seem like a joyride thanks to their famous surnames, but the two young actors don't take their work lightly or their success highly. Ahead of the release of their film 2 States, they chat with the Bombay Times team about being cool with kissing on screen, dealing with competition and reading gossip about themselves.

Arjun, you've kissed Parineeti Chopra in Ishaqzaade and Alia in 2 States. Who is the better kisser?

Arjun: I really like kissing Alia. She is the best kisser. I don't look at it as a comparison. Everyone is different. It would be unfair to compare, but yeah, she is very good.

Alia: I'll explain. When he kissed Parineeti, he was Parma and she was Zoya. At that time he didn't like her. He kissed her to trap her. When he kisses me, he genuinely loves me. So, that is why it is a better kiss. Arjun: Also, in Ishaqzaade, it was my first kiss. In that context, I was a bit nervous. The scene is very wrong, so I had to be an animal with Parineeti. This is much more gentle and simpler. And in the film you'll see that Alia kisses me, so it plays out very well.

The movie Brothers seems to have done a world of good for Sidharth Malhotra as far as fitness goes. His perfectly sculpted body has made him quite a hit among fitness trainers and nutritionists. Riding high on the Brothers wave, Sidharth was seen at the launch of celebrity fitness trainer Marika Johansson’s book launch in Mumbai on Friday (August 21). 

Talking about his own tryst with fitness, Sidharth said: “I was quite a chubby child while growing up. I started seriously exercising at the age of 14. I tried doing push ups but it was difficult. I was not able to complete even a rep. Slowly and steadily, things started progressing well. I soon started playing basketball in college and grew fit.” 

When asked to name an actress who he felt has the hottest body , pat came Sidharth’s reply. “Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Jacqueline Fernandez,” said Sidharth. 

What about Alia and her bikini body in Shandaar, we quizzed. “Shandaar looks great and Alia is a lovely girl. I am working with her in Kapoors & Sons,” blushed Sidharth.

Puli: Ilayathalapathy Vijay's film's trailer out

The action-packed trailer of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's upcoming film, Puli, has released. The film, directed by Chimbudevan, is a fantasy drama that also features Sridevi, Sudeep, Shruti Haasan and Hansika playing pivotal roles. The poster of the film, too, was well-received by Vijay's fans. 


Produced by Thameeens, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad. Puli will be high on action and adventure. It is rumoured to be on the lines of Russell Crowe's The Gladiator. Puli will be Sridevi's comeback vehicle for Tamil films. After a hiatus of almost two decades, the actress will be seen in a Tamil film in which she plays the role of a queen.

Bahubali 2 Producers Competing For Rights Prabhas,Anushka Shetty

Bahubali – The Beginning movie was released on 10th July internationally and made a huge success. The movie Bahubali Part 1 has collected Rs 550 Cr as of now. Director SS Raja Mouli has announced that, Bahubali 2 The Conclusion shooting is to be starts from September 15th Onwards. Audience were left with many unanswered questions with Bahubali  movie. To fulfil audience questions Bahubali 2 movie is on the way with its pre production work. The Bahubali 2 movie shooting was completed  40% in part-1 shooting itself, now the remaining film shooting will be done from next month as per news. The Bahubali 2 movie will likely to release in next year June or July.

Duo to the high profits and earnings of Bahubali movie, the producers are showing interest to own the rights for Bahubali 2 The Conclusion movie. Duo to the first part success, the producer Corrapati Sai has bought the Krishna District rights for Bahubali The beginning movie and acquired a profit of Rs 35 Cr in Krishna district region as per the collection statics. Now, the producer has bought the distribution rights for Karnataka region. He is the close person to SS Raja Mouli, he manage to acquire the opportunity of Karnataka distribution rights for Bahubali 2 The Conclusion movie.  Most of the industry professionals, audience, producers, caste of the movie were confident about the Bahubali 2 movie success. The director SS Raja Mouli, is most trustworthy and talented director in Telugu, his projects were seen successful as of now. And all the movies were made super hit at box office. 1.  It”s called Choti Si Nikkar! In literal English translation, It’s about a girls little trouser! Should I even get on to other four reasons?

2. The video is about a girl who lies at home, wears skimpy clothes to a party, does dope on a daily basis and drinks whisky like downing Frooti! Oh! Where is Alok Nath when you need him?

3. Sample the lyrics – Party karne jaayegi toh pehni choti si nikkar…sabki nazrein tujhpe kyunki sexy hai figure, Tu roz maare dope aur peeti hai liquor! Someone please make sure that Javed Akhtar and Gulzar don’t get to hear these!

4. The singer calls the girl in song as crazy party girl, liar, chronic-alcoholic, sex-crazy, dope-head, materialistic bimbo while he is the shareef guy who doesn’t take advantage of such girls! And he tells us about all that, while rubbing himself against other bikini clad girls!

5.  Someone in the comment sections said the singer is giving out a good message! That’s the same kind of message the moral brigade is looking for when they say women wearing shorts are to be blamed for rapes!

Ever since reports of Asin’s marriage has hit the web, we like many others have been eagerly waiting to hear more and more about her would-be husband Rahul Sharma. While we figured out he is the founder of Micromax and is supposedly planning to settle down in May 2016. We were yet to hear an official confirmation from either of the two! Looks like finally the day is here guys! Yes! Asin, in her recent interview has officially given out details of her wedding and how she met her real life Sanjay Singhania, all thanks to Akshay Kumar.

Akshay played a cupid between the two during the promotions of Housefull 2. They happened to meet on the same flight while heading for an event which was being organised by Rahul, who also turns out to be Akki’s best friend. Recalls Asin, “He(Rahul) was very simple and down to earth and that quality stuck with me. And then Akshay tells me, “I think you two will be good for each other. I was like what??? Where is this coming from?”

However, AK’s intuition did turn out to be right! Soon after 2-3 meetings, Rahul decided to meet Asin’s parents. Adds Asin, “Rahul came and met my parents and expressed his intention to them. He is very sorted and knows his mind clearly. And he tells them, ‘I would like your daughter’s hand in marriage.’ But I wanted some time. So with their permission we started to get to know each other.”

And now that they are finally ready to take their relationship to the next level, Asin officially announces her wedding date stating, “Rahul and I have been together for almost four years . I will get married by the end of this year.”
